1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Dark Sauces (e.g., Worcestershire and Maggi)

3 drops Toasted Sesame Oil

2 oz Clamato Juice

Top with Light Beer

PREPARE THE GLASS
Rim a highball glass with lime and salt (optional), then fill with ice.

BUILD YOUR DRINK
Add the sotol, lime juice, dark sauces (Worcestershire and Maggi), sesame oil, and Clamato directly into the glass. Stir gently to combine. Top with light beer.

GARNISH
Cherry tomato and a sprig of rosemary.
