1 ½ oz Sotol Rústico

1 oz Ancho Reyes Rojo

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 ½ oz Grapefruit Soda (e.g., Peñafiel Toronja)

1 oz Sparkling Water

PREPARE THE GLASS
Rim a highball glass with fine salt. Add a grapefruit half-moon.

BUILD YOUR DRINK
In a glass with ice, add Sotol Rústico, Ancho Reyes Rojo, lime juice, and grapefruit soda. Stir gently and top with a splash of sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
