Alcohol notice: Our online shop sells only within Mexico to adults 18+. In the United States, we do not sell online; our site only shows where products may be found via a store locator. Drink responsibly.

Scope & Acceptance
- By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing from our online shop (available only for delivery in Mexico), you agree to these Terms.
- If you are in the United States, the online store is unavailable. You may use our store locator and content (e.g., recipes), which are provided “as is”.
- If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Age Restrictions & Responsible Use
- Mexico: You must be 18+ to purchase alcohol. We may require age/identity verification at checkout and/or delivery.
- United States: We do not sell online. If you buy from third-party retailers listed in our locator, you must comply with local law (often 21+).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect minors, misuse, reselling, or legal non-compliance.
Online Store (Mexico only)
Orders & Payment
- Orders are offers to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment.
- Prices are in MXN unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
- We use third-party payment processors. By paying, you agree to their terms and privacy practices.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk
- Delivery addresses must be in Mexico. No PO boxes. Delivery requires an adult with valid ID where required by law.
- Title and risk pass upon delivery to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We may split shipments or substitute vintages/batches when equivalent quality is maintained.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Except as required by law, alcohol sales are generally final.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact hola@sotol.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details; do not discard packaging until resolved.
- If a cancellation is possible prior to shipment, refunds (if any) will exclude non-recoverable fees incurred.
United States (Store Locator Only)
- Listings are provided for convenience. Availability, pricing, and terms are set by independent retailers; we are not responsible for their practices.

Accounts & Acceptable Use
