Sotol Hacienda is born from the Elías-Madero family’s vision to elevate sotol into a refined spirit. As a proud family-owned company, it is rooted in a deep passion for spirits passed down through generations, honoring their heritage while shaping the future of Sotol.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Sotol Hacienda has played a key role in securing Denomination of Origin status to protect the unique heritage of sotol, establishing rigorous quality standards to ensure its authenticity, and founding the first Mexican Sotol Council to safeguard the category for upcoming generations.
