MENU
SOTOL MANZANA BRAVA

2 oz sotol plata
1 oz fresh green apple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
or agave syrup
Sparkling water or club soda
1 cinnamon stick (for flaming)
Thin apple slices for garnish

PREPARE THE GLASS
Fill a highball glass with ice.

MIX THE BASE
In a shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake well.
Strain and top: Strain into the glass and top with sparkling water for a light, effervescent touch.

FLAME THE CINNAMON STICK
Light one end of a cinnamon stick on fire until it smolders, then place it across the rim of the glass or directly into the drink for an aromatic touch.
