OUR COMMITMENT TO
A SUSTAINABLE SPIRIT
CENTRAL TO OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT IS A FORESTRY STUDY, APPROVED BY THE RELEVANT GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, THAT IDENTIFIES THE SPECIFIC HECTARES SUITABLE FOR SUSTAINABLE HARVESTING—LIMITING EXTRACTION TO APPROXIMATELY 30% PER HECTARE. THIS RESPONSIBLE APPROACH SAFEGUARDS THE DASYLIRION PLANT’S NATURAL HABITAT AND PROMOTES REGENERATION. FROM THIS STUDY, WE DERIVE FORESTRY GUIDELINES THAT OVERSEE NOT ONLY THE CAREFUL HARVESTING BUT ALSO THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE PLANTS FROM OUR FIELDS TO OUR DISTILLERY. THE DURATION OF THESE GUIDELINES ADAPTS TO OUR PACE OF EXTRACTION, REFLECTING OUR DEDICATION TO PRODUCING A SPIRIT THAT IS IN HARMONY WITH THE ENVIRONMENT.
